Chest: Measure the circumference of your neck from the point where the shirt collar sits.

Waist: Put your hands on your waist. The point where your hands are located is your natural waistline. Measure the circumference of your waist from that point.

Hips: Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips to measure the circumference of your hips.

Inseam: Measure the inside of your leg from the top of the crotch down to the ankle bone.

Chest: Place the tape measure close to your armpit, around the widest point of your chest, to measure the circumference of your chest.

Waist: Put your hands on your waist. The point where your hands are located is your natural waistline. Measure the circumference of your waist from that point.

Inseam: Measure the inside of your leg from the top of the crotch down to the end. Keep the tape measure straight, parallel to the ground, and avoid sliding it. You should relax, not hold your breath, and measure without puffing out your chest. Take the measurement over a naked body.
